If you have a question about a malfunction or maintenance, please contact our service department and send an e-mail to service@omori.eu. For emergencies, you can reach our service team on telephone number +31(0)886667470. Also for aftersales, we request that you contact our service department. This is after commissioning with a signed site acceptance test (SAT) and the realization of the finishing points. If this applies, you will receive a message from our project manager. In this way, we can serve you quickly and solve your problems.
We have now concluded maintenance contracts for service with several customers. They are aware that preventive maintenance pays for itself. This will result in higher availability and reliability of your installation.
