Resealable packaging is becoming increasingly popular as consumers demand more sustainable and convenient packaging options. However, traditional resealable packaging solutions, such as zipper bags, can be expensive and difficult to produce.
The Omori Bellpack is a three-sided seal (3S) packaging that is fully folded at the side seal with a 20mm unsealed side seal for easy opening. The packaging can be resealed with a label or glue, and the recloseable label can be applied to the top or bottom of the package. The Bellpack can also be resealed on the short or long side of the package.
The Omori Bellpack machine is a side seal machine with an extended film tunnel that allows for inline folding of the recloseable flap with attachment to the end seal. The machine can also apply the recloseable label inline, either on the top or bottom of the package.
