In response to SUP legislation, Signature Foods sought a sustainable alternative to their single-serve plastic salad containers. The solution was found in flexible pouch packaging. To fill Johma oet Twente’s renowned salads into these pouches, Omori Europe provided a pouch machine, complete with an integrated filling system and output trajectory, playing a key role in this innovative project. In consultation with our client, this machine was custom-adapted to fill the salads efficiently and hygienically. This technological solution enables our client not only to comply with SUP legislation but also to make a significant step towards sustainability without compromising product quality, taste, convenience, or variety.
